Dr. Madan

Pediatric Dentist Dr. Sangita MadanMy goal as a pediatric dentist is to create a pleasant atmosphere for children so that they may enjoy the dental experience while learning about good health. Ultimately they will reap the benefits for a lifetime. Every child is different and is treated based upon their personality and life experiences. Although working with children can be challenging, it is very rewarding and I cannot imagine doing anything else!

Although my early years were spent in the United Kingdom, I have lived most of my life in the beautiful suburbs of NJ. I am a graduate of Cook College, Rutgers University and the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Upon graduation I received an Award of Recognition from the NJ Society of Pediatric Dentistry and the Humanitarian Award. I completed a one year General Practice Residency at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital prior to two years of training in pediatric dentistry at Brookdale Hospital and Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. At Brookdale Hospital I was awarded the honor of Outstanding First Year Resident. I am a specialist in the treatment of infants, children, young adults and those with special needs. I am also a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, New Jersey Dental Association and the Tri-County Dental Society. I have been in private practice since 1994.

I have privileges at Hackettstown Regional Medical Center where I provide dental rehabilitation for my pediatric and special needs patients. I regularly attend continuing education seminars in order to provide the highest quality of care for my patients.

I believe in giving back to the community through volunteer efforts. I am a forensic odontologist and have volunteered my time in NYC after 9/11 and continue to volunteer with the New Jersey State Police in the identification of the missing and unidentified persons.

Since 1999 I have provided free dental screenings to the athletes of Special Olympics at the College of New Jersey as part of the UMDNJ Special Smiles program.

I have recently become involved with “Haven Of Hope” a local children’s charity whose primary focus is to host country vacations for urban families caring for a child with a life threatening illness.

Dr. Madan was named by NJ Monthly Magazine for Top Pediatric Dentist in NJ for 2010, 2011 and 2012
and was nominated by readers of Family Magazine for the "Favorite Kids' Doc" issue!

Dr. Grieder-Roberto

I truly believe nothing makes a better first impression than a wonderful smile. I enjoy seeing the transformation that occurs during treatment. Even the shyest and most insecure child can't help but become more confident when they see their radiant new smile. The look in their eyes in indescribable.

I am originally from Butler NJ and love living in Rockaway. My husband , Bill and I have 2 sons named Tyler and Alex. We also have 2 dogs at home! In my spare time, I am a voracious reader and enjoy spending time with my family at the park or the beach. In our community, I am starting an annual scholarship fund for the White Meadow Lake preschool. I am very excited about this new project, and know it will benefit many children.

I graduated Cum Laude with a BA in Biology and a Spanish minor from Trenton State College, now The College of New Jersey. I then attended the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, where I earned both my DMD and Orthodontic Specialty Certificate.

I am always involved in orthodontic and dental continuing education, from reading professional and medical journals to attending conferences and continuing education courses. These efforts keep me up to date with the latest in orthodontic technology, so I can provide the highest quality treatments for my patients.

As a part of my continuing education, I am an active member of the American Dental Association, the Middle Atlantic Society of Orthodontics, the New Jersey Association of Orthodontics, and a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics.
